Lennard Taylor’s first book ‘The Art of Living’ is a collection of art and inspiration. This gorgeous, 100-page hardcover book features original artwork, as well as meditations and feel-good messages that serve as a balm for the spirit and mind.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of ‘The Art of Living’ will be donated to Artbeat Studio, a program that provides social supports, working art studio and gallery space, and mentorship for individuals living with mental illness for the purpose of recovery and empowerment. A donation will also be made to Tree Canada - which promotes the planting and nurturing of trees in Canada's urban and rural areas.
