Returning or exchanging items bought in store
If you don’t absolutely love your Lennard Taylor piece, make sure to bring the garment and the original receipt in store within 14 days from the original purchase date. Don't wash the items, or remove any of the tags. The garment must be unworn and in its original condition for us to issue a full refund. Click here to review our store hours and location.
Returning or exchanging items bought online
For online orders, we accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date. For orders not shipped directly to a home address, this means 14 days from the day it is shipped to the post office or pickup location. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of your request.
We ask that you ship the item(s) to us, using the original packaging if possible. If not, any packaging will do! Once the package is received at our Winnipeg office and we assess its condition, we can issue a full refund or organize an exchange. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we currently do not charge shipping on online orders.
For an exchange (like for another colour or size) we will cover the return shipping costs.
To return or exchange an online order, please follow these instructions:
Initiate a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or filling out our contact form.
Once your request is approved, you can ship your garment(s) to our Winnipeg Head Office: 246 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3B 0S5.
- Once your garment is received by our head office, and we’ve assessed the condition of the item(s), we will issue a full refund to the original purchase method.

If I purchase something online, can I return or exchange it in store?
If you’re purchased something online you are welcome to return it to our Winnipeg studio! Just ensure it is within 14 days of your delivery date and that you have your online order number handy.
My order is incorrect or has been damaged during transit — what can I do?
Just email us and we’ll make it right! In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact us at email@example.com so we can assist you with making arrangements. Please note, if you refuse the shipment or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
