I hope you’ve all had a great couple weeks, I know mine have been wonderful because of my birthday!!!  You all made me smile so much with your messages and purchases.  I think the birthday sale every year is my favourite sale of the year.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.


Today I wanted to speak about how someday’s you are on top of the world and some days are harder.  It’s the harder days I want to talk about today.  Everyone has those days where they wake up and just feel off, you know like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed?  I had one just the other day but I found something positive that I’d like to share with you.


You see I woke up feeling funny and when I got to my yoga mat to shake it off it wasn’t working, I was just stuck in this funky vibe that wouldn’t leave.  Instead of letting it ruin my day I decided to sit quietly and focus on what it was that was making me feel off.  I decided to focus on what was making me feel bad and I couldn’t find the source of the problem and then something dawned on me.  Since I was focusing on what was wrong I realized that there wasn’t really anything wrong at all.  By focusing inwards to try and find the problem I had somehow eliminated it.  Rising up I continued through my morning routine and then finished off with a little writing, below is what I wrote.


“Someday’s its as though there is a wall blocking us from what we want to do.  Sometimes it manifests as uneasy energy that won’t let you connect to universal energy.  It’s in those times that it’s more important than ever to plow through the adversity and get to the other side for when you do, it’s filled with pure bliss.  You feel stronger and proud because you persevered through something hard.   We are all extremely powerful when we can connect to the universal energy for then we are one with the limitless force.  If we do not, we are limited to only the life force we have in our singular body.  Which is why it’s so important to slow down and connect to the universal force even if we do not understand it.  Allow yourself to open up and channel in the bright vibrant light that constantly surrounds us.  Sitting quietly and opening up will take practice and dedication but you can achieve it and when you do you’ll feel mega strong.”
