ORDER PROCESSING TIME 
Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 3-5 business days from Lennard Taylor Design Studio Inc., shipping times vary by location, please expect 4-6 days for delivery once you receive your shipping notification. You will receive confirmation of your order shipment by email which will include tracking information on orders that qualify.

PICK UP OPTION (WINNIPEG) -
If you live in Winnipeg and choose the Pick Up option, your order will be ready in most cases 1-2 business days at our 246 McDermot Avenue location, provided you have placed your order during store hours. You will receive an email confirming it is ready for pick up. Your order will be wrapped in tissue and bagged ready to go. The loading zones around the store provide 15 minutes of free parking for ease of pick up.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Import duties and taxes on international orders are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and collected by your government. The charges will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Duties on goods vary depending on the product and the country. All orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in shipping.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
We do our absolute best to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives in damaged condition please accept the delivery and contact us at info@lennardtaylor.com so we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note, if you refuse the shipment or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
